SHIPPING POLICY

We do our absolute best to make sure that we ship your order as soon as possible. Freeze Dried Candy can be very fragile, depending on the item. We try to do our best with packaging the items so they do not break, but there could be some that break during shipping. If you have any issues with your Freeze Dried Items please email us directly at support@plantkandy.com

Typical Shipping Timeline:

We typically have your order ready to ship within 3-5 business days once you place your order. During times of higher volume (holidays/Black Friday and Cyber Monday) please allow up to 5-7 Business Days (depending on high volume of orders and may be longer than expected) to process your order. We will send you an email letting you know that we have received your order and that the order is being processed. Again, due to the high volume of orders we receive please be patient, we will email you once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been placed you are able to cancel your order. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 72 hours (3 days) of placing your order. Please contact us at support@plantkandy.com in order to cancel your order. After 72 hours (3 days) you will not be able to cancel your order.

If your order ships before the 72 hours (3 days) you will not be allowed to cancel your order as we can not intercept the package.

If for any reason you have received the incorrect package or item please contact us immediately at support@plantkandy.com so we can rectify the issue and get a new package out to you.

Your order will arrive at your location typically within 3-5 business days.
